DeluxeDeals provides a language learning platform that allows users to read articles in 14 languages and connect their social media accounts to publish language learning content. The Service includes integration with third-party platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest via their respective APIs.
3. TikTok Integration
DeluxeDeals integrates with the TikTok Content Posting API to allow registered users to publish language learning video content to their own TikTok accounts. By connecting your TikTok account you authorize DeluxeDeals to:
- Access your basic TikTok account information
- Upload and publish video content to your TikTok profile on your behalf
- Access your TikTok account for the purpose of content publishing only
You may revoke this authorization at any time through your TikTok account settings. DeluxeDeals does not store your TikTok credentials and does not post content without your explicit authorization.
4. User Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or any applicable laws. You are solely responsible for content published through your connected social media accounts.
6. Intellectual Property
Language learning content provided by DeluxeDeals is for personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
DeluxeDeals is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party platform integrations.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@deluxedeals.net.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
